Continuous Monitoring :
Athlone Care continuously monitors our care workers through our unique system of continued personalized contacts through telephone check-in and home visits. We want to ensure that our care recipients are receiving the best possible care.
Athlone Care undertakes rigorous compliance procedures including :
- Identity checks
- Right to work checks
- Enhanced DBS checks
- Checks against SOVA and POCA
- 2 appropriate references, one of which must be the last or current employer
- Full working history
- Accounting for gaps in CV
- Annual checks with relevant registration bodies to ensure fitness to work
- Immunisation records where applicable
